Strategia-X uses Ollama for AI-powered text generation and Pollinations.ai for concept art images. This architecture provides free, unlimited AI usage with no API costs.

Getting Started
Strategia-X is designed for speed. When you first launch the application, you have access to two primary modes via the toggle at the top of the dashboard:
Market Generator
Best for when you have no ideas. The AI will scan market trends in specific categories to invent new concepts for you.
Validate Concept
Best for refining your existing ideas. Input a raw thought, and the AI will structure it into a business plan.
Market Generator Workflow
- Select a Category: Use the horizontal scroll menu to choose a specific niche (e.g., "Hyper-Casual", "FinTech") or keep it at "All" for a broad search.
- Generate Analysis: Click the primary action button. This costs 1 Credit for free users.
- Review Output: The system will generate 3 distinct cards. Each card contains:
- Virality Score: Probability of organic user invites.
- Ad Revenue Potential: Estimated monetization efficiency.
- Projected Users: Year 1 active user base estimate.
Deep Dive Analysis
Clicking "Analyze Diagnostics" on any idea card triggers the Deep Dive engine. This generates a comprehensive financial and strategic report.
Growth Projection
A 12-month chart visualizing the correlation between User Growth (Yellow) and Ad Revenue (Red). Use the zoom/pan controls to inspect specific quarters.
SWOT Analysis
A breakdown of Internal Strengths/Weaknesses and External Opportunities/Threats. Critical for pitch decks and risk assessment.
Exporting Ideas
After completing a Deep Dive Analysis, you can export the entire idea package as a professional PDF document. This is perfect for sharing with investors, team members, or keeping offline records.
How to Export
- Select an idea card from your generated or saved ideas
- Click "Analyze Diagnostics" to run the Deep Dive analysis
- Scroll to the bottom of the analysis panel
- Click the "Export Idea" button in the Optimization Strategy section

Strategia-X Pro now includes powerful collaboration features that let you work with team members, clients, and stakeholders in real-time. Create shared workspaces, invite collaborators, and iterate on app ideas together with live updates.
Workspaces
Workspaces are shared containers for organizing app ideas around projects, teams, or themes. Each workspace has its own set of ideas, members, and activity history.
Creating a Workspace
- Click the "Collaborate" button in the top navigation bar
- Click "Create Workspace" in the workspace list
- Enter a name (e.g., "Q1 2025 App Ideas") and optional description
- Choose visibility: Private (invite-only) or Link (anyone with link)
- Click "Create" to launch your workspace
Only invited members can access. Best for internal team projects and confidential ideas.
Anyone with the link can join. Great for client reviews or open brainstorming sessions.
Inviting Team Members
Invite colleagues, clients, or collaborators to join your workspace. Each member can be assigned a specific role that determines their permissions.
How to Invite
- Open the workspace you want to invite members to
- Click the "Invite" button in the sidebar or toolbar
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select their role: Editor or Viewer
- Optionally add a personal message
- Click "Send Invitation"
Email Invitations
Invited users receive an email with a secure link. They can join immediately or create an account if needed.
Shareable Links
Generate a link that lets anyone join with a specific role. Perfect for larger groups or public sessions.
Real-time Editing
See changes as they happen. When multiple team members are editing ideas, updates appear instantly for everyone in the workspace.
Live Presence Features
See who's currently active in the workspace with real-time online/offline status.
Watch collaborators' cursors move in real-time as they navigate and edit ideas.
See when team members are typing in comments or editing idea fields.
Editing Ideas Together
- Click an idea card to open the detail view
- Edit any field - changes sync instantly to all viewers
- Watch for collaborator cursors to avoid editing the same section
- Use the voting system to show support for ideas (upvote/downvote)
- Lock ideas temporarily when making major changes to prevent conflicts
Version History
Every change to an idea is automatically saved as a version. You can view the history, compare changes, and restore previous versions at any time.
Viewing History
- Open an idea's detail view
- Click the "History" tab
- Browse the timeline of changes
- Click any version to preview it
- See who made each change and when
Restoring Versions
- Find the version you want to restore
- Click "Restore this version"
- Confirm the restoration
- A new version is created (non-destructive)
- All members see the restored content
Version Retention
Offline Support
Keep working even when you lose internet connection. Strategia-X queues your changes and automatically syncs when you're back online.
Real-time sync active. All changes saved instantly.
Changes queued locally. Keep editing normally.
Reconnected! Auto-syncing queued changes.
How It Works
- 1.When connection drops, you'll see an "Offline" indicator in the toolbar
- 2.Continue editing ideas, adding comments, and making changes normally
- 3.Changes are saved to a local queue (visible in the status bar)
- 4.When back online, changes sync automatically in order
- 5.Any conflicts are resolved with clear prompts

Control who can do what in your workspace with role-based permissions. Each role has specific capabilities to keep your workspace organized and secure.

Data Survival Guide
Strategia-X is a "Local-First" application. This means your data lives in your browser, not on our servers. If you clear your cache or lose your device, you lose your data unless you back it up.
Recovery Key
What it is: A short text string that encodes your User Profile (Pro status, Credits).
How to use: Copy it from the User Menu and paste it into a password manager. If you lose access, click "Trouble Signing In" or "Enter Recovery Key" in the menu to restore your purchase status.
Backup File (.stx)
What it is: A complete snapshot of your account, including ALL saved ideas and analysis.
How to use: Click "Backup File" in the User Menu to download. To restore, click "Upload Backup File" on any device. This is the only way to transfer saved ideas between devices.
