Strategia-X is an AI-powered application idea generator and market analysis tool. Our Service provides:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• AI-Generated Content: All app ideas, market analyses, revenue projections, and other content are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• No Guarantee of Success: We do not guarantee that any app idea will be successful, profitable, or achieve the projected user numbers or revenue.
• Not Financial Advice: Revenue projections and market analyses are not financial advice. Consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.
• No Originality Guarantee: AI-generated ideas may resemble existing applications. Users are responsible for conducting their own market research and patent/trademark searches.

Strategia-X offers both free and premium (Pro) tiers:

• Free Tier: Users receive 5 credits to use the Service. Credits are consumed when generating ideas, validating concepts, and creating images.
• Pro Subscription: Paid users receive unlimited access to all features. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Local Storage: User data is stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser data will result in loss of saved ideas and account information.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Ownership and usage rights for content on Strategia-X:

• Platform Content: The Strategia-X website, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Strategia-X and protected by copyright laws.
• AI-Generated Ideas: App ideas and analyses generated by our AI are provided for your use. You may use these ideas as inspiration for your own projects.
• No Exclusivity: AI-generated content is not exclusive. Similar ideas may be generated for other users.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any original ideas you submit for validation.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• To interfere with the security features of the Service
• To scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service for commercial purposes

For Pro subscriptions purchased through Stripe:

• 7-Day Refund Window: Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied.
• Cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
• Refund Requests: Contact [email protected] with your license key for refund processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategia-X and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
