Strategia-X ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application operates, specifically focusing on our "Local-First" architecture and interaction with AI services. By using Strategia-X, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

Strategia-X operates primarily as a client-side application. We prioritize user privacy by storing sensitive data locally on your device rather than on centralized servers.

• App Ideas & Analysis: Any app concepts you generate, save, or analyze are stored in your browser's localStorage.
• User Profile: Your user profile (name, email, credits) is simulated and stored locally within your browser session for demonstration and functionality purposes.
• Data Control: Clearing your browser cache or local storage will result in the loss of your saved ideas and user progress.

Because we do not maintain a central database of user accounts, you are the sole custodian of your data. We provide tools to help you manage this responsibility:

• Backup Files (.stx): You can export your entire account (Profile + Saved Ideas) as a JSON file. We recommend saving this to a secure cloud drive (like Google Drive or iCloud).
• Recovery Keys: A text-based "Emergency Key" allows you to restore your profile status (Pro Membership, Credits) on a new device. Note that the Recovery Key does NOT restore saved ideas due to size limitations.
• Migration: To move to a new device, you must manually "Backup" on the old device and "Upload" on the new one.

To provide market analysis and generative content, Strategia-X uses a combination of local AI processing and external image generation services.

• Text Generation (Ollama): All text-based AI analysis (app ideas, SWOT analysis, market projections) is processed through Ollama, a local LLM server. Your prompts are sent to your configured Ollama instance and are not transmitted to external third-party servers.
• Image Generation (Pollinations.ai): When you generate concept art images, the text prompt is transmitted to Pollinations.ai, a free image generation service. Only the prompt text is sent; no personal data is included.
• Data Minimization: We do not permanently store your input prompts on any external database. Image prompts sent to Pollinations.ai contain only app concept descriptions.
• Local-First AI: By using Ollama, your text analysis remains private and under your control. You can run Ollama entirely offline for maximum privacy.

Strategia-X uses minimal local storage keys to maintain your session state (e.g., Theme preference, Onboarding tour status). We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling within the web application context.

While we implement standard security measures for the application, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Since data is stored locally on your device, the security of your saved ideas is largely dependent on the security of your own device and browser.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following data protection rights:

• Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data (this can be done locally by clearing your browser cache).
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information:

• Right to Know: You may request details about the categories of personal information we collect.
• Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal data. Strategia-X does not sell personal data.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
